This announcement applies to you if you are using a version of the Deluxe Payment Exchange QuickBooks Desktop Add-on.
The Deluxe Payment Exchange QuickBooks Desktop Add-on will be retired on June 1, 2021.
We have recently published a new version of the Add-on. To ensure uninterrupted service, you will need to uninstall the current version and install the new one.
In conjunction with Microsoft’s announcement that they are no longer supporting Windows 7, the new version of the QuickBooks Desktop Add-on will also require Windows 10 or later.
To help you, we’ve created step-by-step instructions available in our Help Center and also have our support team ready to assist.
This updated Add-on continues to be compatible with the following QuickBooks Desktop versions:
QuickBooks Pro Version 2019 or later
QuickBooks Premier Version 2019 or later
QuickBooks Enterprise Version 2019 or later
Note: The upgrade process will take approximately 10 minutes. We encourage you choose a convenient time to do this well in advance of the of the June 1, 2021 deadline. After June 1, 2021, anyone using the retired version of the Add-on will no longer be able to send eChecks payments through the QuickBooks Desktop integration.
