There are two reasons you are not seeing a check as expected in your lockbox.
- The first is that you already opened it and it has been moved from New Checks to Account Activity/Checks
To see the check, simply click on the blue View Account Activity and you will see a list of the checks you have received.
- The second reason that you would not see an eCheck in your lockbox that you were expecting is this: you have more than one lockbox. Make sure you are logging into the eCheck site with the same email that the check was sent to originally. It will only be in the lockbox associated with that email, unless you add your other emails as members to the lockbox.
