The reason that you would not see an eCheck in your lockbox that you were expecting is this: you have more than one lockbox. Make sure you are logging into the eCheck site with the same email that the check was sent to originally and select the correct lockbox from the drop-down menu. It will only be in the lockbox associated with that email, unless you add your other emails as members to the lockbox.
