Why do I have to log in to retrieve my check?

If you've received an deluxe Payment Exhcange email notification that is directing you to log in to retrieve your Check you have already signed up for a free lockbox. When you sign up for a lockbox, all future payments  sent to the email address that you signed up with are moved to your secure password-protected lockbox.
