Retrieving your Check as a guest is simple, and doesn't require you to give us any of your personal information.
Retrieving your eCheck as a Guest
If you don't sign up for a free lockbox, you can still retrieve your check by follow the steps below.
- From the email you received, follow the prompt to Get Check.
Note: If any information on the check is incorrect, please contact the payer directly for assistance.
- You will see an intro pop-up if it is your first time--feel free to read or skip as you have time.
- Next, you will see a check preview. If you do not want to sign up for an account, scroll down and choose the Continue as a Guest option,
- Note: Once you select Print Now the check will be locked, and you will need to contact support to reset your retrieval link.
- Then agree to the Terms & Conditions and click the blue Print Now
- If you don't see an image of a check appear, you may need to Open the eCheck PDF.
