When you retrieve your eCheck as a guest, you only get one chance to print out the check. If you look at the check on your phone, for instance, but don’t click “print later” our system will think you have retrieved the check and you will get a message like the below image.
Resolving the issue
When you receive this message, contact echeck Support via phone, email, or chat with your check number and email address so we may re-activate your eCheck and assist you with getting it printed out
