The two most common reasons for a missing micro deposit would be that either we have the wrong routing and account number on file, or you haven't chosen a confirmation method yet.
Fixing an Incorrect Routing and Account
In some instance, the micro deposit doesn't arrive because we simply do not have the right banking information to get it there.

Choosing a Confirmation Method
When you log in to your eCheck account, select the option to Confirm your account now. If you see the below screen, you'll need to select a confirmation method before moving forward.
Note: Some financial institutions do not participate in our instant confirmation process. For those banks that don’t offer instant confirmation, after you click the blue Confirm your account now button, you will see the below message stating that your Confirmation is in Progress indicating that we’ll deposit a micro deposit into your account in the next 24-48 hours.
