DPX eChecks are at their most powerful and convenient when they are emailed, but in certain situations you may want to print one to hand deliver or you may need to print a copy for your records. To print an eCheck, follow a few simple steps.
Creating a new check to print
- Fill the check out as usual, with payee name, amount, and memo if you like.
- Leave the payee email blank, and click create and sign.
- You will still get a message, but you can ignore it and click OK.

Click print check on the right side of the page.
- You may get a banner on the bottom of the screen prompting you to Open or Save. Choose Open.
- An upside down PDF image of the check will display. Print this image.
Printing an existing check.
- To print out a copy, start by going to Account Activity then Checks.
Note: You will see a list of the check you have issued. - Click on the check number of the check you want to print.
- To the right of the check review click on print check.
- You may get a banner on the bottom of the screen prompting you to Open or Save. Choose Open.
- An upside down PDF image of the check will display. Print this item.
