In order to help prevent you from printing out the same check twice, after you print an eCheck from your Receive Inbox, they are moved to the Account Activity/checks area.
Finding your missing eChecks
First,make sure you are logged in to the email that the check was sent too.
To find your missing eChecks, first check your Receive Inbox/checks.
- From your Receive Checks tab, select your lockbox from the menu.
- From the Receive Inbox/checks area of your lockbox, you can select the check number to re-print or review any checks you've received in the past.
- Please note that your eCheck will say it has already been printed, but you are able to re-print the check again using the blue Print Check button at the bottom right of the check review.
If you're still unable to locate an eCheck, please contact the payer to ensure they've sent your payment. If your payer states they have sent payment, please contact support for further assistance at 877-333-6964.
