Why doesn't my check qualify for Deposit Services?

There are several reasons your check may not qualify for Deposit Services

1. There are limits for each Lockbox. Once that limit is reached, additional transactions will not qualify for Deposit Services. You may be able to try the following day.

2. The funds cannot be guaranteed on this item. To offer Deposit Services, Deluxe partners with several providers. Each transaction is unique and has many factors that are examined to determine if the check qualifies for this service. We offer this service and attempt to make it available as much as possible. However, not all transactions meet eligibility requirements.

3. The check issuer requested this check not be available for this service. There are some rare circumstances that require certain eChecks not be available for Deposit.

4. The Lockbox doesn’t qualify for this service. There are some Lockboxes that do not have Deposit Services available

*Majority of Instant Funds transactions will be funded within 30 minutes, but it could take up to 24 hours. The funds availability timing for the initial transaction will generally be indicative of future transactions for the account you set up. Direct Deposit transactions will be funded in 1-3 days. Deposit to PayPal transactions will be funded within 30 minutes. A small fee will be charged to the eCheck recipient for each deposit. Check clearing provided by our partner bank.
