eCheck Receive Lockbox Account has flexible permissions that are controlled by the administrator. Below are a few changes that you can make.
Some eCheck receivers want to add other members (with different email addresses) to their Lockbox that can help in processing incoming eChecks. Simply click on Members on the left navigation, then click Add Members to invite additional members into your Lockbox.
With Member Permissions you can share, or decide not to share, administrative controls of your Receive Lockbox Account. You can also restrict the check permissions for each Lockbox member. For instance, you might want to give control to one employee to have access to process incoming checks versus another employee who would be restricted and could only view incoming remittance.
