My check qualified for a Deposit Service, but was later rejected. Why?

To offer Deposit Services, Deluxe partners with several providers to determine which transactions qualify for this service. Each transaction is unique and has many factors that are examined to determine eligibility. Most factors are looked at in advance of the request, but there are still some factors that are reviewed after the request to ensure the funds can get to you. You will receive an email notification if the qualified check is later rejected and the funds didn’t make it to your account.

*Majority of Instant Funds transactions will be funded within 30 minutes, but it could take up to 24 hours. The funds availability timing for the initial transaction will generally be indicative of future transactions for the account you set up. Direct Deposit transactions will be funded in 1-3 days. Deposit to PayPal transactions will be funded within 30 minutes. A small fee will be charged to the eCheck recipient for each deposit. Check clearing provided by our partner bank.
