What can I send with my Print+Mail payment?

You can have remittance information printed and mailed with your check (up to 3 additional pages).  You can also have a personal message printed on the check stub. 

•  Remittance information– data fields entered directly on the website. This data is printed on the check stub and up to an additional three pages of data will be printed and sent with the check.
•  Example of remittance information often sent with payment: Date of service, Description of service, amount due.
