SMS MFA Sign-In Tips

If you've enrolled with the SMS authentication option for multi-factor authentication (MFA), whenever you log in you'll be required to verify a six-digit code that will be texted to the phone number you entered. There are a few tips that can make this process easier.

• When first enrolling, ensure that the phone number you're providing is capable of receiving SMS text messages.
  
  
• After entering your email address and password, you'll be directed to a page prompting you to enter a six-digit code that will be texted to you. To send the code to your device, you must click the "Send Code" button.
  

• The SMS code is valid for 5 minutes.
