How do I reset my password?

You can easily reset your password from the log-in page.

Forgot your password?

If you just cannot remember your password, you can change it from the login page. Follow this step-by-step guide to assist you.

1. Navigate to the log in page, enter your email and press the Next button.
   
   
   
2. Select Forgot password?
   
   
   
3. Enter your email and click on Reset via Email
   
   
   
4. Next, you'll receive an email containing a link to reset your password.
   
   
   
5. Finally, reset your password to contain at least 8 characters with a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, and a number, and a symbol. Do not use part of your name in your password.
