How do I start using Deposit Services?

1. Once you receive your payment, click on the "Get check" button.

2. Sign up for a free Receive Lockbox Account  

3. After signing up, you will be in your Lockbox.

4. Once you click the “Get Payment“ button, you will see your options: Instant Funds, Direct Deposit, Deposit to PayPal or Print as a Check.  If you only see Print Check the check will have to be printed, as Deposit Services are not available for all checks.

5. Select your option and then click “Select” . You will then be prompted through a series of steps to enter information to help direct your funds to your debit card, bank account, or PayPal account. When you are finished click Submit.

* Majority of Instant Funds transactions will be funded within 30 minutes, but it could take up to 24 hours. The funds availability timing for the initial transaction will generally be indicative of future transactions for the account you set up. Direct Deposit transactions will be funded in 1-3 days. Deposit to PayPal transactions will be funded within 30 minutes. A small fee will be charged to the eCheck recipient for each deposit. Check clearing provided by our partner bank.
