Retrieving your eCheck as a guest is simple, and doesn't require you to give us any of your personal information. If your check states it is locked or already retrieved please contact support for assistance at 877-333-6964.
Retrieving your eCheck as a Guest
If you don't sign up for a free lockbox, you can still retrieve your check by follow the steps below.
- From the email you received, follow the prompt to Open this check.
Note: If any information on the check is incorrect, please contact the payer directly for assistance.
- Next, you will see a check preview. If you do not want to sign up for an account, choos the Print check option,
- Note: Once you select Print Now the check will be locked, and you will need to contact support to reset your retrieval link.
- Then agree to the Terms & Conditions and click the blue Print Now
- If you don't see an image of a check appear, you may need to Open the eCheck PDF.
